Ate at Thuy Tien today after a few months absence. It was terrible. The large beef and meat ball rice noodle dish was very small and there was almost nothing in it...only a few noodles a bit of meat and some green onions....no bean sprouts with a lime wedge and no bits of vegetable. No taste to the broth. We wonder if the restaurant has changed hands. We will not be going back!

great food reasonable price fast service BUT..change the floor carpet for tile. It is unbelievably filthy and wash the windows!
