Best prime rib in town!Appetizers were great as was the service. Medium rare was medium rare unlike most places that ovrcook.

We travel from Ontario to B.C. at least once every year (my husband and I)and we ALWAYS stop in Medicine Hat and have dinner at Ralph's. Best prime rib and sirloin steak this side of the Canadian Shield.

Ate here a few times and was unhappy with everything. Service was not the best as it took a long time for anyone to come say hi to us(and no, it wasn't busy). Our food was cold and very small portions for what we paid for. Not only that, but the prime rib was not tender nor enjoyable.
