Argo's Family Restaurant

Since Argo's opened we have been regular customers for breakfast and while most of the food is good the hash browns have always been discusting. First they did the diced potatoes which we usually love but how ever they fried them there was always lots of rock hard bits of over fried potato that felt like gravel bits in a mouthful. Then Argo's switched to pan fried hash browns which we have always hated cuz they are just like chunks of french fries wo we quit going as often. Then Argo's started offering shredded hash browns which we assumed would be like Perkins hash browns but no - once again Argo's totally ruined a great hash brown choice. We believe they deep fry these shredded hash browns and they arrive on the plate like puffs of greased air with no texture or flavor at all. Every breakfast place serves hash browns of some sort but Argo's has lot to learn how to cook hash browns!!
